I am trying to sort out my injectors - 0280150035 for Jaguar,
A Jag injection expert says his own flow data over many sets is 370cc/ min static at 2 Bar
This site references Bosch data at 318

Hi Russell,
the flow rate is dependant from the medium you use besides the pressure, (often measured at 3 Bar instead of the 2 Bar) and the temperature.
n-Heptane is the medium to be used at 20°C.
You will find some differences in some pages in the WWW... but 318 cm³/min/20°C at 2.0 Bar is the specification for the green Bosch D-Jet-Injectors.
The 370cm³/min reported by the expert would match a blue injector with higher flow rate, 380 cm³/min following Bosch.

edit: Bosch tells us in the service-instructions the green injectors flow rate using petrol should be from 299 to 337 cm³/min.

every green D-Jetronic injector has the same flow rate,
The D-Jetronic injectors have an ending number not higher than 045.
Usually the nozzles only differ based on the hose installed on them:
Normal green nozzles with single sealing edge: 0 280 150 004, 0 280 150 012, 0 280 150 014, 0 280 150 016, 0 280 150 019, 0 280 150 020, 0 280 150 023
Special green nozzles for 914 / 2.0, modified plastic head: 0 280 150 038, 0 280 150 039
Green nozzles with double sealing edge: 0 280 150 035, 0 280 150 037, 0 280 150 042, 0 280 150 045

Is it possible that the Jag injectors (c45675) are in fact not 0280150035, but are in fact a different D-jet specification, but have green plastic due to some Lucas special order?
