MB 280 SE -72 MAP-sensor

Hello all

I have a defect  MAP sensor (280 100 111) in my car. The sensor has not been opened, the rivets are in place. After testing it, it seems like the membrane are broken. It doesn't hold the vacuum. Coils are fine.
I don't open it myself. Can it be repaired and if so, where could I send it? And what would be the price estimate?

Terve Jukka,

a type 3 MAP sensor like yours does not have a diaphragm. So there must be another reason why it leaks. Either it was detuned and then it can start leaking or you have a problem with housing seals.

YOu can go to local Bosch Service and ask them to send to Bosch Classic Koller & Schwemmer. Costs are typically 600€ .
