Coolant temp sensor

Does anybody have any recent information about the availability of buying new Bosch coolant temperature sensor 0280 130 014 or equivalent? This was used on the 70-73 Volvo 1800E/ES.

Can other Bosch coolant temp sensors be used interchangeably with the 014? Or are there similarly spec'd units with perhaps a different thread connector to screw into the head? Can the threaded connector be changed between sensors?

Presumably the other cars used the same p/n 014. Is there a list of the car models that detail the D-Jet Bosch p/n used for each? I know I've seen a similar list for the various TPS versions, but what about for the temperature sensors?

But I am also wondering if other sensors with a different p/n might be the same except for the threaded connector (i.e. having the same thermal specs but only differing in the threaded connector)? If so, would it be possible to change the connector from one sensor to another (to create a 014)? Has anyone attempted this conversion, to your knowledge?

So I guess that there is no list or compendium of the sensors used on each of the cars that uses D-Jet, for example? Is there a known source that has published the specs for these various sensors?

I will Google search, but if you know of any sources where I can focus my search that would be helpful.

What would be a typical symptom for a malfunction of this Coolanttempsensor? I am still elaborating on this and get no plausible resistance values according to your (Volker) target value table. However it is not evident that this is the root cause for occasionally warm idling issues.
At any Temperature it is at 32 Ohm??! The gauge is adjusted to 2kOhm and it shows 0,032 at 80 degree. I checked that on any other temperature down to 30 degree without a difference.

do you read out the resistance with the sensor connected to the ECU?
Unconnect it...
