when I remove the vacuum hose, I have a lot of gas, but the engine runs less well slowed down!

so my MPS would not be good ???

Yes, this means your MPS is adjusted badly and doesn't respond to the pressure conditions in the manifold as it should.

Removing the hose means 'full throttle' - the MPS shows the correct response, enriches the mixture.

Reinstalling the hose means higher vacuum, your MPS leans down the mixture much more than it should do.

Take a look at the compendium, look at the comments and the photos there, do a visual inspection: Has the MPS been opened, has anyone <mis>adjusted it?
