Hello, good evening  Dear Dr Volkers and another friends , 
I have little problem..What is the use of the small screw head bolt indicated by the yellow Screwdriver on the side of the throttle in the picture? The mechanic played with it and I think that's why I messed up the adjustment. The vehicle cuts off when it is taking off and at a constant 70 km speed at low revs. What is the function of the screw I showed in the picture?
