okay I will ask easier question / ich frage eine leichtere Frage

How many contacts does a D-Jetronic ECU have? What happens on pin 11, 16, 24 and 25 ?
Wie viele Kontakte hat ein D-Jetronic Motorsteuergerät? Was passiert an KL. 11, Kl. 16, Kl. 24 und Kl. 25 ?

There are 25 pins.

11 is for ground
16 is the power to ECU
24 is the power to the injectors
25 is for “dianosis”, although I believe it is actually redundant

absolutely correct !

Pin 25 is for diagnosis. One can measure driver input before injectors. That is not connected in any car. It is only for people who repair ECUs. On 8 cyl this pin is only for one branch of ECU or in other words 2 of 4 drivers.
