-0.45 Bar is a bit low for an engine in idle. It should be -0,5 or more.
During warm up, AAV adds more air and is a bypass to throttle. That is why a lower vaccuum is correct then.

I tried again today at idle to measure the minus pressure of the map sensor. The result is again ( -0.45 bar). Then I increased the air intake from the idle air adjustment screw under the intake manifold. In this way, when the air intake increased, the map sensor pressure became (-0.5 bar). Is this a correct action? Should it stay this way?

everything starts with correct ignition dwell and timing plus idle rpm. Then you can measure. Increased idle speed will decrease vacuum.
