Hi Mads,

two things start to make me wonder:

1. Why does your MAP sensor not have a black cover? Did you or someone else readjust it?
2. What have you checked before assuming trigger points and MAP sensor as problematic?

I took of the cover, before i found this site :) Sorry about that..
I have changed, sparks, wires, distributor cap, rotor.
Since i got the car a few years ago, its been running worse over time, it startet with some small setout, when running at a steady rpm. just like it just missed a spark or someting like that..

Hi Mads,
do all the checks on Volkers checklist. The D-Jetronic is a fully-integrated System, therefore the best is to check all components / values instead of just the few 'critical' ones.
There is one more list that maybe helpful, in addition to Volkers list: Measurements M110 direct download
Here is the instruction: Measurements instruction

Hi Mads,
one more idea:
Looks like you replaced the caple-lugs at the connector. There exist two different versions of these lugs: AMP 2,8x0,8mm and AMP 2,8x0,5mm. The second type is correct - the other type won't give good electrical contact or gives no contact at all.
Unfortunately, the false type of these lugs is more common and reported as the correct one in the WWW.

Norbert

Hi Mads,

when you changed contactor and rotor on ignition distributor: Did you check dwell and ignition timing at 3000/min, 1500/min and idle ?

Have not checked the dwell.. Only changed the distributor cap, and rotor, not the points.. how nuch is the dwell supposed to be?
I have only checked the timing at idle.. But i can't get it to run at 1500 and 3000..
