Hi Mads,
did you check at the MAP contacts itself or at the connector?

Maybe the reason are wrong or non-contacting cable-lugs (see my message above).
All the cable lugs inside the connectors of the D-Jetronic are the AMP 2,8x0,5 mm type.
Pushing the new lugs without the housing on the pins and realizing they don't fit, it's the wrong type (2,8x0,8mm).

As far I know, Volker checked many dozens of MAPS and the electrical part didn't fail even one time...

Regards
Norbert

Hi Mads,

if you do not see 360 Ohm on secondary coil, your engne cannot run. Check connectpr on MAP sensor (inner 2 pins) whether they are loose. And BTW you should also measure resitance to ground: Must be infinite.

Last recommendation: Measure finally on Pins (same nos) on ECU. That eliminates wiring problems. A defective secondary winding is very unusual. That is why I assume connector problems.

Viele Schraubergrüße - best regards, Dr-DJet Volker

Did the ECU test, did not look good :(

Pin 1 air temp = open (no ohm) (also tested the sensor, and it's defect)
pin 8 MPS secondary coil = open (no ohm)
Pin 23 coolant temp = open (no ohm)

Did the test with battery disconnected, and ECU cable disconnected..
Don't have time to do more test today, but will get back tomorrow..

Hi Mads,
I think someone replaced all the cable lugs with the wrong type.

You can check this only by inserting a sheet metal or a contact with 0,50 mm into them.
When there is few or no resistance at pushing them in, it's the wrong type.

It's no good idea to press these non-fitting parts together with a pliers. Problems will come back soon or later.
You need a special crimping pliers to do the job perfectly.

Here's where you can order the parts and the tool in Germany: Link

I could help you, if you have any problems in buying the parts.

Tomorrow I will have to do some work at my own car...

Regards
Norbert
