Slight miss on idle, new to forum

Many thanks for your welcome and for all of this detailed knowledge of D-Jetronics.

I agree; at the time it was just a funny story, but knowing now that the MAP sensor should not be adjusted, it's a shame he did that without even looking at any other parameters. He was just "showing off" I guess.

Can you tell me the proper gap to set the points as a starting dwell point? I don't find a clear indication of this in the manual sections 07.5-500 - 07.5-505.

I'm looking forward to making these dwell and timing changes and seeing how it runs!

Hi Tom,

the starting gap between the ignition contact should be 0,3 mm . But IT MUST BE ADJUSTED by a dwell meter.
