In the whole, we have done the following:
timing adjusted
trigger contacts corrected with Norbert tool and advice
MAP sensor is in good condition from a working car, but not tested for vacuum leakage, certainly we'll do this
temperature sensors are tested at pins, they are good, wiring seems ok , if I unplug sensor connector on working engine that make sense;
injectors tested
all component numbers are correct
what we need is to lean a mixture, now we are going to do a manifold vacuum test and MAP sensor vacuum test.
If these tests pass, what a next step ? - we think to adjust MAP sensor or to install a Megasquirt

Did you check temperature sensors on ECU connector? If vacuum is okay and MAP sensor holds vacuum, is sealed and has rivets, then we have fuel pressure and ECU lef for the symptoms you describe.

And of course engine timing could be wrong after such a renovation. So camshaft, ignition, something with valves ...

I agree that there may have been a mistake made by the assembly when changing the block, it was 6 years ago and did by somebody, I drive this car with a faults since that time, but now I decided to adjust all properly.
after all tests passed, certainly we'll check a chain position, once it is checked, but we repeat it again.
but in general - did you agree, this modification is technically compatible or not at all ?
because engine is starting , run with power, but with some faults- bad mixture and failure on drive mode, if it would be a manual gear box, probably I would drive it with no problem .

we have only 0.06 Bar at idle 750rpm, what can be wrong here.

Hi,
only 0,06 Bar in idle on manifold is nothing. Your manifold must have leaks like a swiss cheese.
