Hi Tomas,
brake cleaner fluid is a way to test. And it should have been part of manifold assembly to verify if there are leaks. You spray on manifold, injectors, map sensor and verify whether that changes rpm. If it does, that is the place to check. After removing air filter, add some carton to air intake to build a chimney. Otherwise throttle will suck in brake cleaner and create wrong results.

Hi Tomas,
I can hardly believe in 0,06 Bar vacuum in manifold at idle. Your car should not run with that amount of false air.

Hello Voler,
I just point out regarding engine swap, the exactly modifications was D Jedtronic mounted on engine M119.985 ( D jet manifold, ignition, fuel delivery line and etc was left from M116.982) . Does this kind of engine modification is technically compatible and can affect a possibility to adjust dJetronic properly ?

I agree, we'll check vacuum level and leakage once again, because engine runs and starts easily , but runs rich and has fault on drive mode..
