What should be the correct position of the throttle valve adjustment screw seen in the additional photo? How high should the adjustment screw go?

Hi Kerim,
the throttle should be totally closed and the screw has then to be screwed against the arm. It prevents the throttle wears deeper into the housing.
This screw is a sealed one, has to be adjusted once and not to be touched afterwards.

Hi,
this depends on the position of the arm in the position 'throttle closed'.
The 'arm' has to be in contact with the screw-top in closed position.
Maybe your throttle shows some wear - the whole unit doesn't look like to be in good condition.
