Do you mean this wire marked with the arrows? If yep I cut it according this manual. Should i keep it?

Yes, correct wire - but it has to be intact.

Put it back - no difference.
Checked the spark with vacuum applied -ok.
tried to keep HI RPM (1500-2000) with vacuum applied - ok.
idle with vacuum applied - engine dies.
Looks like wrong timing but how it possible?
Tried to rotate distributor from limit to limit (advance/retard) and there is no point were i can connect vacuum. Engine dies.
Without vacuum all is ok. DRIVES ME CRAZY .Thanks for your time - it's a beautiful forum.
