if engine does not start you should check spark, fuel pressure and vibration of fuel injectors.

spark is goog on the 4 cylinder
1 and 3 explose.
but when I want to start the engine 2 and 4 do not want to explose

Hi Peter,
you tell us the spark plug of cylinder 4 gets wet but has spark.
This sounds strange to me - but maybe the engine didn't run before you changed the ECUs.
Tell us more about the reasons for the change, the failure of the engine...
When you got the engine in non-working condition, the best is to make a complete check-up, download-link: jetronic.org/images/cars/jetronic/Checklist-1.1-EN.pdf

wet in exhaust can mean 2 things: Drained in fuel from leaking injector or no spark or wrong timing of spark.
