Upload and Download of manuals / von Handbüchern, Schaltplänen ...

wir haben einen neuen Upload und Download Bereich unter Downloads . Danke an Jörg, der ihn getestet und mit mir auch gleich eingeweiht hat. Die Software jDownloads ist ein bisschen ein Overkill für den Zweck und deshalb war die gesamte Konfiguration etwas aufwendiger. Dann hat mir Jörg auch noch einen akuten Sicherheitshinweis gegeben, so dass ich etwas programmieren musste und den Entwicklern jetzt einen Hinweis geben konnte. Aber jetzt läuft es. Ihr könnt jetzt Daten hochladen (Neu) und runterladen.

we have a new Upload and Download area in Downloads . Many thanks to Jörg who tested it with me and also inaugurated this area. The software in operation jDwonloads is a bit of of an overkill for our usage and that is why its configuration is a bit more complicated. Jögr finally gave me very valuable honts about security so that I could reprogram this SW and give some hints to its developers. But now its up and running! You can upload (NEW) and download files.

Aber bitte beachten:

1. Keine urheberrechtlich geschützten Werke einstellen. Die kann ich dann nicht freigeben. Ihr müsst beim Upload erklären, dass ihr ein freies Werk einstellt oder dass Ihr den Besitzer um Zustimmung zur Veröffentlichung gefragt und diese auch erhalten habt.
2. Die Dokumente nicht unnötig aufblähen. 10 MBytes sind das absilute Limit
3. Die Dokumente sollten einen Bezug zu den Oldtimern, die wir hier diskutieren, haben
4. Zündung, D-Jetronic, K-Jetronic, L-Jetronic, Motronic, Vergaser und Einspritzpumpen sind sowieso hier willkommen
5. Natürlich sind die Dokumente nur den hier registrierten Benutzern zugänglich. Es soll ja auch ein Vorteil sein, wenn man hier registriert ist.

But please observe that our law is a law of very strict coppyright:

1. Do not upload documents that violate copyright rules. I cannot approve that. You must declare while uploading whether the file is free of copyright (like Volvo workshop manuals) or whether you got approval from the owner to publish it here. You are liable for violating copyright laws.
2. Do not unnecessarily increase document size. 10 MBytes are the absolute limit
3. Documents should be related to classic cars as we discuss them here.
4. Ignition, D-Jetronic, K-Jetronic, L-Jetronic, Motronic, carburettors and mechanical injection pumps are very welcome
5. Of course access to those documents is limited to registered users. It shall be an advantage to be registered here
