it is not only shipping. Also 16% VAT and 10% customs add to it.

James less expensive way. As documents with USPS.
FedEx or UPS are twice as expensive. Remember all transit times are off. 7 day service took 30 days. That packet was sitting at Frankfurt airport for 17 days.
