Injector seals was created by MBGraham
On most Djets imported into North America, the injectors fit into a rubber seal that in turn fits into the intake manifold. My 1972 350/450SL is like that. We call those Top-Hat seals because of their shape and they are made from a firm black rubber.

But cars delivered to California as well as some later cars even from Europe, have a green o-ring seal. And there appears to be a sleeve of some type that fits into the manifold as a guide (item 6)

Questions:
- Does that sleeve used with the green o-ring have a part number? It doesn't show up in the MB EPC.
- Are the upper parts of the intake manifold different if the green o-ring is used.
