Mercedes 280se 4.5 W108 Einspritz duesen Dichtungen (injector seals)

        Hallo ihr lieben,

Ich habe einen 280se 4.5 W108 und meine einsprizduesen benoetigen die kleine Dichtung siehe foto.
Meine Injektoren haben auch keine hülsen am ende. 
Koennte ihr mir vielleicht sagen wo ich diese bestellen kann?
Habe überall nachgeschaut aber finde nur die grossen Dichtungen teile Nummer 116 078 04 73 die sind aber leider zu gross.

They can supply you with the correct pintle caps and the seal. Not the Mexican hat style but a round seal that works just as well. I did, however purchase the correct Mexican hat style seals from MB less that 6 months ago - A1160780473. The one shown in your photo does not appear original - is it aftermarket?

I tried to order A1160780473 about a month ago and was told this part is discontinued. Not sure why you were able to get it?
However, I'm hoping these pintle caps will work and the I might be able to use the existing rubber seal now that the pintle cap is back onhttps://www.mrinjectoruk.co.uk/products/fuel-injector-pintle-caps-fit-bosch-denso

Good luck, Sven. I ordered the seals at MB in Denmark and they were readily available. I could actually pick them up the same day I ordered them. I just checked that it was back in January 2025, so 9 months ago.
