Can I use an early Map sensor on my late Daimler Double Six Coupe 5.3 V12?

I have my original ECU LUCAS 3CU 83477B, and a spare, my original Map sensor 73163A and two early 73140A Map sensors.

Only one 73140A Map sensor holds vacuum and seems to run on the car very well, is this matched to the 3CU 83477B?

My original Map sensor and the one running on the car have not been tampered with as the resin plug is still in place.

You can check in my article Jaguar specialties which MAP sensors and ECUs you can combine. If necessary I should also have a 0 280 100 068 here. What you cannot mix for sure is US and EU components.
