Hallo zusammen, 350SL von 72. Das Problem ist dass Drehlzahlmesser funktioniert nicht. Bevor ich uberprufe die Gerate, kann jemand sagen wo gibt's die Verbindung im Motorraum, ich meine die Kontakte. Vielen dank.

Hello everybody, I am facing an issue with my 350SL'72. Rev counter does not work. Before I check the cluster, let me ask where can I find the connections under the hood. Thanks.

Hi Unknown,

if your car is still original then it has a wheel type ignition module and rev counter is connected on a connector block between this and green primary ignition line from ignition distributor. You will find more in menu 107 SL Workshop manual above in Repair instructions - Engine Combustion ...
