How test the switchgear?

Hi,

For any reason, my Mercedes W116 doesn't start.

Until now, I have checked the trigger points, temperature and MAP sensors, injectors resistance and continuity from ECU to sensors, injectors and trigger points. All of them seem ok.

I have also removed two spark plugs and saw no spark.

The breaker contact seems be ok.

On cracking, by using multimeter, I see about 10V on coil terminal 1

Then, my question is: is there any test to check the switchgear?

surely it is written in workshop manual. You will find it here in 107 SL Workshop manual - Repair - Engine comb - M116/m117 D-Jet in chapters 07.5-59 and 07.5-520 . Check section "Standard switchgear".

Another question: is there any difference between the switchgears 0 227 051 014 and 024?
