Hi Petr,
just the wax insert without the aluminum holder is available at MB for 105€ plus VAT and at Bosch for around 60€ (if I remember exactly). However you will not get the holder anywhere and that is normally destroyed when you open it. After you install it all back you have to adjust the auxiliary-air valve to ensure that it closes at right temperatures.
Second alternative: You drop me a mail and I can do the job for you. If it is urgent I even have a newly overhauled and adjusted valve lying here that we could swap immediately.
