today I could take reference of a Lancia MAP sensor 0 280 100 024 overhauled by Bosch. That means, I can verify and repair those as of now !

My Lancia MPS (Bosch 0280100024) needs to be repaired...to replace it ...fully working, running on my Lancia 2000 HF coupè (1972) as the car is experiencing a very quick engine speed drop at 3000 rpm when strongly accelerating!
I have my idea, maybe wrong....that all or most may be caused by the throttle switch...with so many contacts...deputated to tell the ECU to increase the injection time!
I have poured some alcool inside the MPS
While at the big recent Padova show I found and bought a nos (from a Bosch conversion kit for Lancia Flavia 2000 coupè....!) throttle switch (identical to the old one installed on my car)...I think I made a good buy (in case I'll sell it!) but I need to know more and possibly have the MPS too ...perfectly working!
Many thanks to all who will help or need a help, I am a retired chemical engineer expert of elastomers and plastics and...a very good hand to fix all but fine electronics.
I still have some D-Jetronic spares like 2 pumps, 1 ECU, 4 injectors and so on (bought as spares!)
As a passion I do frequently restore all the Voxson Sonar stereo 8 (8-track am/fm cars radios8) and '50's pinball machines...where these "wiper and disc tracks" problems are common.

I Welcome you here, too.
You told us from the problems with your Lancia already before in this thread: jetronic.org/en/forum/jetronic/249-vinta...0-hf-coupe-1972#2154
and Volker answered your questions as far he was able to do and had some more questions and annotations.
He told you the throttle-switch can't be the reason for your problem - and this is exactly what I believe in, too. This switch doesn't give any position-information to the ECU. Only these informations are given: the 'idle position information' and the 'accelerate information'.
Newer types of the D-Jetronic also have a 'full load' contact integrated in the throttle switch, but your car doesn't have this function.
This function is integrated in the MAP-sensor at your car.
Therefore the throttle-switch (No, this ist not a position switch or sensor!) can't be the reason for your problem.
Please go back to your old thread (see above) and read the helpful informations given by Volker.
Best Regards
Norbert
Edit: @Bruno: I own a 'VOXSON tanga' in 'NOS'-condition in the original packaging. It is coloured yellow - LW edition. VOXSON seems to be an Italian product. I found information only on Italian sites.
8-track-car radios weren't common in Germany at all. I knew only one car equipped with such a radio. This was a Citroen GS.

Maybe I can supply to you some Bosch parts of an old Lancia 2000 berlina (sedan) IE...I am in touch since some months from the owner (living in Ascoli Piceno, centre Italy, he had to wait as the rain/water caused a distaster in his warehouses where his Lancia was!)...and he recently emailed me telling that he has found...2 MPS!
May be that he is a lier or simply wrong....soon I'll know it and let you know if you like it!

Shortly: you have a very precious VOXSON tanga, the rarest one, the LW YELLOW ONE!
They sold this version (LW) very little, apart from being beautiful...it has a collectors value!
You may directly put it on sale on ebay.de and clearly ask...something like at least 100 or more euro...if it is MINT (= perfect, never used before, in its original box, complete with instructions and its mounting base)..I sold 1 like that from France a few months ago.....Voxson hardly advertised it in their ...pubblicità as it was clearly...what we call..."un buco nell'acqua" (= a perfect "fiasco", a wrong commercial operation, nobody wanted LW!)
If you need further info/assistance...let me know!
I always seek, buy and fix Voxson Sonar....8 spur car radios, specially the GN108FMS (fm stereo!)

They got...golden guts with Sonar line (3 basic models, 1967-1976)....plus of course tv, portable radios etc.
I have a lot of their documentation...in the end it was a good italian firm...like Akkord, Schaub-Lorenz, blaupunkt and so on.
But they (to me....) firstly....copied from Lear, Usa!
Then Philips (with their musicassette) and the japanese new IC technology (e.g. Pioneer) came...!

Hi Bruno, brunovittorio wrote: Hi, I wonder if you replied to my SOS...!
I have poured some alcool inside the MPS... I have seen it pouring out...., I am not able neither to suck or blow with the mouth inside it, somebody told me that it is ko...I am not an expert, I am tired of bringing my car to various electricians who don't know very well the Bosch D-Jetronic system....please help me!
I do not understand why you do not continue your previously opened thread . and instead open a new one. Pouring in alcohol into your MAP sesnsor could start to dissolve the isolation on the coils. Not a good idea.

Volker

I start to feel like in candid camera. I have answered in English, both here and in your original thread. If you do not consider this English, then I cannot help you. Have you ever read what I replied to you here ?

I am sorry, I cannot help if you were disconnected. There is a longer timeout in the forum. So if you start to write and then continue with something else, it might happen. I cannot restore the lost message.
So if you can, please reenter it.

Same condition as mine is.
Will put it into the safe from now on.
Or sell it and buy some D-Jetronic-stuff.
Thank you for the info

I found only one of these on ebay.fr (France) for 100 € and immediately sold for 250 €.
An italian collector, a roman fan of Voxson bought it.
Voxson did not even advertise it very much...nearly nobody in Italy looked for lw!
I do prefer to still care for Voxson 8-track car radios (Blaupunkt and Pioneer too), just found and bought a very rare Voxson power antenna.
Have a wonderful New Year!
