MB 450SL injectors

hi Volker,

looking into the injectors now
there are 7 blue injectors, partnumbers 0280150015 0r 0280280150038 are mixed ,however
the RH side most aft injector is dark green/black, is that a different one for a purpose ?
cannot see the on without pulling it out and need seals first before I do that
from this one the plastic is cracked so need to change that one , as it leaks
can I instal 0280150038 ?? same as the other ones
found a guy in USA that refurbs them and he has a set, 54USD per piece, not cheap , but not 180€ also

so if you can find the packing number for me would appreciate
please advise

part numbers installed are 0280150015 and 0280150036

you can mix 0 280 150 015, 024 and 036 at no problem. Blue color indeed varies a bit here and can even look a bit greenish. It is best to read the nos on the injectors.

Be careful with offers from eBay US. There are injectors for sale which are not compatible and even some that have the Bosch no stamped on them are wrong. I have seen cheap 10 USD versions from China being sold at hi price on eBay USA. As long as your injectors are not leaking on plastic housing it is better to get them cleaned by an ASNU service.
