Oh, no! - they are the wrong type.
Not meant for use in D-Jetronic-systems.

You have to replace them.

Hi Norbert,

Is there a overview of type injector for D-tronic.

I found several on ebay, but all different types.

Or do you know a place where i can purchase them.

Regards
Erik

I now checked it more excactly:
Besides the wrong impedance the flow rate is much lower:

Original: (BOSCH 280 150 019 or similar) 318 ccm/min
Replacement (BOSCH 0 280 150 114): 185 ccm/min.

As I said before, you have to find replacements.
And don't believe the suppliers that sell American or Chinese products instead. They don't fit.
We don't know a perfect replacement besides Bosch.

Regards
Norbert

Hallo Michi,
ich verstehe das so, dass diese (Endnummer 114) verbaut sind. Die sind jedenfalls total falsch.

Gruß
Norbert

Here is a link to a posting I listed the fitting green D-Jet-injectors in: jetronic.org/de/forum/jetronic/1265-schubabschaltung#11802

Hallo Norbert,
ich habe das auch recherchiert. Die gehören auf keinen Fall hinein. Aber, "This are the of injectors i replaced."

Norbert

Hallo Norbert,
da hast du natürlich recht. Also fragen wir ihn halt.

Hi Erik,
please enlighten us. Are the injectors in the photos the ones that are currently installed? Or did you replace them with others? And if so, by which ones?
Regards
Michi

One problem, one of the four is sweating gas by the green cap.

Can this been rebuild or do you know any one selling these injectors.

Regards
Erik.

Hi Erik,
the hoses should definitely be exchanged. If one is leaking, it will not be able to be repaired. I know that from my own expirience. I had mine overtaken at the Elferwelt. I can only recommend. Can you google I found an outdated one at mengenteiler.eu. But the price makes my heart flicker. Maybe someone can help in the forum. The injectors with ... 114 do not work at all.
Regards
Michi

Yes, absolute correct. But the hosese are brittle and of bad quality. Use hoses with a knee for a replacement. Available at Mercedes-Benz.

...

No, not rebuildable at this time.

But it will be possible to find one injector as a replacement.

I think, I have some used ones <and NOS ones>

Hello Norbert and Michi,

It is clear to me that the injectors i have placed in our 914 are totally the wrong types for this engine.:Bang:

Thank you very much for helping me out.

I allready have three good 0 280 150 019 injectors, now i am out on a hunt for the fourth one.

Erik

Hi,

sorry I saw the Porsche 914 in profile and the 1.7 at the end, which was for the VW. Yes 2.0 engines have green injectors.

Hi Erik,
what Marc found there sounds pretty reasonable. In any case, I would advise you to have the injectors overhauled. The Elferwelt does that for little money. You will then get them back with new hoses and seals.

Michi
