HalloWhat does the adjusting screw on the throttle in the picture do?  Does this affect the vacuum?  Does adjusting this increase or decrease the vacuum?Thanks

Hi,
I think this is not an adjustment screw but just a seal for an measuring device port.

Hi Kerim,

good question. There is nothing to be adjusted. It leads to a straight hole into foot of throttle housing. Must be for manufacturing purposes. As you are looking for vacuum leaks you can just hold your thumb over it whether it changes vacuum level on engine in idle to verify whether you have a leak there. But I would doubt that.

Thanks for answer.
The mechanic played with this screw during a throttle replacement in the past. I told him later that he shouldn't play. He said he was bored. That's why I'm asking if that screw is left open. I'll check it to see if it's leaking vacuum. Thank you.
