voltage injectors was created by RVG
I trying to get my old lucas fuelinjection system operating again.
Its a 1978 jaguar v12 with the injection amplifier.
As far as I know the amplifier works with 4 groups with 3 injectors. the amplifier gets 2 pulses from the ECU, each pulse triggers 2 groups with 3 injectors. So 1 pulse triggers 6 injectors by providing a massa/ground connection.
I tested the injectors individually and they do not leak and give a good spray.
When i turn on the ignition the voltage at all. the injectors is 12V, is that okay ? I understood that the injectors work with 3.5/4 Volt ?
how do i know the amplifier works okay ? Is there a simple way off testing the amplifier?
I hope you can helpe me out.

Hi Rob,

you cannot measure voltage without load on amplifier. How to test:
  • Connect all 12 injectors
  • apply GND to 9
  • apply +12V to 10
  • Trigger 12V SHORT pulses to 11 and to 12  to verify that injectors work

Viele Schraubergrüße - best regards, Dr-DJet Volker
