This issue is well known at fuel injectors BOSCH #0 280 150 003. The solution: exchange them ALL with later produced injectors.

Hi Danny,
you could buy 7 (seven) NOS injectors at ebay USA at an 'affordable' price.
I don't know where you live - the customs would cost another 20% here in Germany, but the price of the injectors is quite o.k compared to other sellers.

Thank you for your information.
But its color is yellow (BOSCH 0280150007). My BMW's injectors color is blue ( BOSCH 0280150003).
I had tried exchange the blue with yellow, there is no leakage, but no acceleration. Also, I found that the fuel flow rate is different from these two color.

For a BMW you need injectors with a flow rate of 380 cm3/min, colour blue.

THROW AWAY #0 280 150 003 and use
#0 280 150 024 or
#0 280 150 036 or
#0 280 150 043

Injectors #0 280 150 007 have a flow rate of 265 cm3/min, colour yellow. Take them out immediately!

Thank you for your advice.
My BMW's injectors is using 0280150003, it is running very good, but a leakage.
I had read the data table from BOSCH, only 0280150015, 0280150024,0280150026,0280150043 can match the flow rate of 380 cm3/min.
For 0280150043, its color is yellow. I was told that BOSCH design the color code to avoid user from mistakenly installing the other colored injectors. I am so confused right now that Should I choose injectors only base on the flow rate, or Should I take color code into account?
Finally, I found a US specialist called "Fuel Injection Corporation" who said he can help me with injectors rebuild. Any fellows here have service experience from this company before, and please give me a review or sharing.

Thank you.
