restauration of familly car 250 CE 1969

Hello,

I am Cyril, I am French, I am 27 years and I restore the car of the great father of my wife. It's Mercedes 250 CE. It's has been arrested since 2000.

The ECU have a dommage:

1 Siemens transistor have 2 pins broken:

and the power transistor is dead:

In the picture, the left transistor and the central transistor are Siemens parts (AUY21K).

My big problem is that: I don't no the reference of the right transistor. Can you help me?

Hi Cyrill,

your ECU seems to have been under water. That normally causes a coating on PCB board and then you have false currents that cause all kinds of fluctuating problems. I have once tried to repair such an ECU and failed. Depending on humidity and temperature I always had different results. Finally I gave up on that ECU - that was the only time I had to. So my clear recommendation: FInd another ECU.
